I use one and you will find that most bench rest competitors use one to reload at matches. Go to one of their matches and observe their reloading in the club house. The rcbs charge master or the Hornady can use an aftermarket fitting at the dispenser nozzle that bypasses the ridges in that tube

I find that the Chargemaster is inconsistent with its throw. I now use the AutoTrickler by Adam McDonald. I use the Chargemaster to drop about 1 grain low then trickle up.

I also find that the RCBS Chargemaster "throws" inconsistently. Every one in seven to eight charges will go over. Having it meter out a grain low and then trickle with another device would help. I have only used it for stick powder and use a drink straw in the spout as many people recommended to me after I got it. Was supposed to make it more consistent. Don't know if it did. I never took it out to test.
Otherwise, I really like its ease of use and utility over a balance scale or mechanical powder measure.
